What is that symbol on all these
pages? |
It is partly inspired by the trainers wheel mentioned in the film The mask of Zorro. I have been working on a book for Father less young men and I wanted an image that represented the ideas behind what I wrote and I developed this symbol. The cross and the oval surrounding it represents the foundation in Christ as the center and what encompasses our life. Once that is in place, we can take on the mantel or yoke of manhood, represented in the top portion that is similar to a yoke. The bottom left portion represents Life and in past incarnations the color green. The need to be alive and doing those things that are truly living. The bottom right would represent Love- because it is not good for man to be alone and the pursuit of a woman is a big part of most young men's lives. Outside of that- I think it's Cool. |
| What is Grandma's Corn? | It is a family favorite that our Grandma used to make: 2 lbs of frozen corn, a block of cream cheese and a stick of butter. I can hear the echoes of clogged arteries just thinking about it. Some things are Cheesy; Some things are Corny; Some things are Grandma's Corn. |
| That's all I got- I made up those questions Ask me more. |
